If purchasing from our warehouse in China, please note that import taxes may apply in most countries/regions due to local customs policies. The recipient is responsible for paying these fees.
However, if purchasing from our EU warehouse and shipping to EU countries/regions, no additional fees are required.
The following shipping methods are duty-free: 1. Shipping from the US warehouse to US addresses - duty-free; 2. Shipping from the European warehouse to EU countries - duty-free.

If the received product does not match the description or is of poor quality, you are entitled to return it before the order is completed.
For personal reasons such as dissatisfaction or no longer needing the product, please apply for a return within 15 days of receipt.
Return shipping fees are at your expense. Already incurred shipping fees and payment processing fees cannot be refunded.
We offer a 15-day return and refund policy upon receiving the product. We provide a 2-year repair warranty (excluding virtual products, activation codes, camera accessories, etc.).
If you haven't received your purchased item within 60 days, you can request a full refund. Alternatively, you may choose to keep the product and negotiate a refund amount directly with the seller.
