Warranty and Return
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
For personal reasons, such as dissatisfaction or no longer needing the product, you may request a return within 15 days of receiving the product.In such cases, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Please note that any incurred shipping and payment processing fees are non-refundable.
We offer a 15-day return and refund policy from the date of receipt of the product. In addition, we provide a 2-year repair and warranty service (excluding virtual products, activation codes, camera accessories, etc.).
If you have not received your purchased item within 60 days, you are entitled to request a full refund. Alternatively, you may choose to keep the product and negotiate a partial refund directly with the seller.
All returned items must be in their original packaging, and you must provide us with a shipping tracking number, the specific reason for the return, and your order ID.
If the returned item shows signs of installation, user misuse, or is not in resellable condition, we reserve the right to refuse the return or deduct a 20% restocking fee.
