Warranty and Return

If the received product does not match the description or is of poor quality, you have the right to return or exchange it before the order is completed. However, when requesting a return, you must provide video evidence of the issue. Once we receive your package, we will either replace the item with a new one or issue a full refund.

For personal reasons, such as dissatisfaction or no longer needing the product, you may request a return within 15 days of receiving the product.In such cases, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Please note that any incurred shipping and payment processing fees are non-refundable.

We offer a 15-day return and refund policy once we receive the returned product. Additionally, we provide a 2-year repair warranty (excluding virtual products, activation codes, camera accessories, etc.).

If you have not received your purchased item within 60 days, you are entitled to request a full refund. Alternatively, you may choose to keep the product and negotiate a partial refund directly with the seller.

All returned items must be in their original packaging, and you must provide us with a shipping tracking number, the specific reason for the return, and your order ID.

If the returned item shows signs of installation, user misuse, or is not in resellable condition, we reserve the right to refuse the return or deduct a 20% restocking fee.
